Uploads/Downloads now available again. Link is located under the Misc section to the left. The transfer manager is powered by PHP Advanced Transfer Manager. Well, almost all of the files have been completely migrated over to the new server. I have some difficulties reconfiguring the PHP scripts I was running, so I deleted one and have replaced it (News Publisher) while still working on the other (Upload Manager). I won't be able to check every link for a while, so if anyone sees anything that needs correction, please contact me.
