Sensei Cherry Douglas will be hosting an Advincula seminar on May 20 at the Turner Center on the Ole Miss Campus. Time: 9:00 and go until 4:30 Topics: Body mechanics, self-defense or knife defense and Hamihiga. Cost: $50.00 Lunch will be brought in (sandwiches, chips, cookies, drinks) For $5.00 - all you can eat. After the seminar, we will have a buffet at The Creek for $10.50 a person all you can eat catfish, pulled pork and all the fixins including dessert and a drink. She is bringing Sensei in on Thursday evening, so we will be at Sensei Douglas's house on Friday to have informal workouts/history classes, beer drinking, etc, etc... for anyone who wants to participate.
